Paraplanner Role

We are looking for a full time Paraplanner/Financial Adviser Support person to assist our dynamic team of financial advisers.

 

You will…

  • ​Be the first point of contact for clients, focusing on maintaining new and existing client relationships.

  • Generate advice-related documentation such as Statement of Advice, Retirement Plans etc.

  • Provide administrative support to the adviser team

  • Onboard new clients onto our system(s) and different financial platforms.

  • Receive and execute client orders.

  • Set up and prep of documentation for external and internal meetings.

  • Be able to work autonomously and in a team environment.

 

About You 

  • ​2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Enjoy admin and client management duties over the phone and via email.

  • Understand the use of Client Relationship Management systems (e.g., Xplan) and the use of databases

  • Have good knowledge of the Financial Planning Industry. 

  • Be competent in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent written, oral communication, and attention to detail.

  • Efficient time management in a busy and social environment.
