Paraplanner Role
We are looking for a full time Paraplanner/Financial Adviser Support person to assist our dynamic team of financial advisers.
You will…

​Be the first point of contact for clients, focusing on maintaining new and existing client relationships.

Generate advice-related documentation such as Statement of Advice, Retirement Plans etc.

Provide administrative support to the adviser team
-
Onboard new clients onto our system(s) and different financial platforms.

Receive and execute client orders.

Set up and prep of documentation for external and internal meetings.

Be able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
About You

​2 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Enjoy admin and client management duties over the phone and via email.

Understand the use of Client Relationship Management systems (e.g., Xplan) and the use of databases
-
Have good knowledge of the Financial Planning Industry.

Be competent in Microsoft Office.

Excellent written, oral communication, and attention to detail.
-
Efficient time management in a busy and social environment.
